Grid cell backgroud color

I am using Visio to mock up an application screen using the "Sofware: Windows
and Dialogs (US units): Common Controls: Grid column shape. I would like to
change the background color of a grid cell and glue them together so that
every other row has a light background color.

Is there a way to do this?
