Grid /graph

Is there a way I can get a printable grid or graph set up in Word>?
I want to make a pattern using graph paper but do it on my PC instead.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The best you would be able to manage is to set the margins to 0 - ignore the
error warning then add a 50 column with approx 60 rows table (A4 paper size)
.. Set the row height to .5cm and add borders to the cells of the table. You
wont be able to do much with such a table as a document, but you would be
able to print out a sort of graph paper.

What kind of pattern are you making? I'm a needleworker so I've seen a lot
of other graphing options. :)
