grid lines on corner

i've got these two lines on all my documents that make
the blank document look as follows

i've tried everything to get rid of them and i dont know
how they got there in the first place. they look like
grid lines, but are permanently fixed on the document no
matter what.

can anyone help me by telling me how to take them off.

Language Settings and disable support for any Asian languages.
