Grid lines

I'm having a problem getting grid lines to print in
OneNote. I have put in the grid lines into the page
setup, but for some reason they won't print. They won't
even show up on the print preview. Anyone have any
suggestions?

Grid lines don't print in current verisons of OneNote.
