Grid X & Grid Y not there in Format properties (design view of forms)

Hi

I am trying to get the grid dots to show in my forms, and I can't get them
to.

I was told to look for the Grid X & Grid Y in the format tab of the
properties in design view.
There is no gridX or gridY in the format tab.

I right clicked the document, clicked properties, and in the format tab
there is the following:
Force new page, New row or column, keep together, Visible, Display when, Can
grow, Can shrink, Height, Back color, Special effects.

There are 5 tabs: format, data, event, other, all..

I am using version 2000

"Grid" option is activated in the "View" Menu.

Would anyone know where I can set the gridX & gridY properties?
Thanks!

Those properties you list are from the property sheet of a form
*section*, not for the form itself. Click (with the left mouse button)
on the little box in the upper left corner of the form in design view --
right below the form's caption bar -- to select the form, not the
detail, header, or footer section. Or else drop down the Object combo
box on the toolbar and select Form. Then look at the property sheet,
which will say "Form" in its caption bar.
