Yes, you can either use the Datagrid or use a subform

What is a grid? You can show the grid on a form or report by clicking on
View:Grid... Or you can draw a grid on a form or report if you want to show
these when they are open... Or you can insert a table into a report... which
is it to be?

You can use a listbox, or continues form.

what is it that you are trying to do?

to populate a datagrid you need to set its recordsource = to a recordset
