Gridlines won't go away

I used a table/text slide layout to input a Table of
Contents page. Now I cannot get the gridlines to
disappear. They do not show up in slideview mode, but
they continue to appear on printed copies. I used the
Borders/Shading menu to deselect the gridlines but they
still print. HELP!

Does your table have fills on the cells? That might be the problem.

You might see if using View/Black and White, right-clicking the table,
and going to B/W Settings helps at all.
