Gridlines

I'm having trouble getting gridlines in Excel 2000. The
Office Assistant says to open Chart Menu and then Chart
options. I can't figure out how to get the Chart Menu to
appear. Anyone know how to get it?

Those are the instructions to display gridlines on a chart. To make the
Chart menu appear, you have to select a chart.

To display gridlines on the worksheet, choose Tools>Options, and then
click the View tab. Under Window options, add a check mark in the
Gridlines check box.

To show gridlines when printing a worksheet, choose File>Page Setup. On
the Sheet tab, under Print options, add a check mark to Gridlines.
