Groove 2007 Account Transfer

An employee was using Groove and created his account using the option for "I
don't have a Groove Account Config. Code" option. Our company moved domains
and usernames so a new local profile was created. Now he needs to be able to
log into Groove using his old account. He did not save his account before we
changed his profile. The old Windows profile is still on the machine. Is it
possible to still transfer the Groove account?
Thank you,

Groove acccounts and Windows accounts are not linked.
So, your employee should be able to backup and restore his Groove account.

On his former Windows profile, log in Groove.
Then in Options > Preferences > Save account as file.
Then , on the new Windows profile, double-clik on the account file to
inject it into Groove.

When you are sure the groove account is injected, delete it from his
former Windows profile.
