If you use the Groove Files tool to store a collection of "related" files
(e.g. AutoCad files with xrefs), the application generally can't resolve
links between them because the files are stored in the workspace rather than
on disk. When you launch a file, Groove decrypts it and launches from the
temp folder, whereas the other related files still only exist within the
files tool.
You may find a File Sharing workspace (GFS) useful instead of the Files
tool. In GFS, the files really are just in a folder on your disk, so xrefs
will work properly. On the other hand, you lose on-disk encryption and the
ability to have several different tools within the workspace (if those are
important in your scenario).
