Groove 2007 Form Tool Question

I am new to groove 2007, and I have created a new form with the groove form
tool.

I created a primary entry form and then a response form, similar to the
discussion tool that comes standard with Groove.

I noticed that when I view the data in the form, however my responses are
not indented like they are in the discussion tool that comes with Groove. Is
there a way to indent my responses so it looks clean like the discusison tool?

One last question, the collapse icon in the discussion tool is on 2 fields,
date and subject, however in my form I am designing, its not on a appropriate
field, is there a way to move the collapse icon?
