Groove 2007 & infopath 2007

I am trying to work with a number of the templates in infopath and when I go
to import I just get return to the point of importing.

I read the entry in respect to preparing a form to be imported to Groove
with the 3 basic steps of

Promoting fields
Submit options and security options but I must be missing something. Are
there more instructions anywhere on how this process is ment to work?

InfoPath
Tools -> Form Options -> Security and Trust
- deselect "automatically determine security level"
- select "Restricted". The form cannot access content outside the form.
Tools -> Submit Options
- Send form data to: "hosting environment"
- Add a data connection, named "Groove" (name is not important); select
as the data connection for submit.

This should be all you need - let me know if you have problems.

I am still going in circles. I have created a form with two text fields. I
have also promoted the files and I just keep coming back to welcome to the
infopath forms tool with the continue button. :(
