Groove 2007 Management Server Home Page

We have Groove 2007 server installed with SP1 on a Microsoft Windows Server
2003 x64 with SP2, along with SQL 2000 SP4. We were able to install Groove
Server 2007. However when we try to run the Groove Management Server Console
nothing happens, it hangs. All we get is a blank page with 4 progress dots
on the top.
Does anyone have any ideas
