Groove 2007 Sharepoint Files Tool

I'm trying to use the Groove 2007 Sharepoint Files Tool to synchronize a
folder on my Sharepoint 3.0 site. I can browse to the document library (it
shows up in Vista's Web Folders, but it doesn't allow me to choose a folder.
The Folder window says "No items match your search." If I click on the SELECT
button, it says the folder name is not valid.

Groove 2007
Hosted Sharepoint 3.0 site
Microsoft Vista Ultimate.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
