Groove 2007 Sharepoint Tools

I am trying to use Groove 2007 to sync with a Sharepoint doc library.
According to Microsoft you just need to click File > New > Tool in
Groove to install the Sharepoint Tool. In my installation of Groove
Tool is not an option under File > New. Can anyone help me?

I think the help could be a little more precise - do you have the Launchbar
open? Try opening a space and then choosing the file menu for that space.
