Groove 2007

We have some users who did not setup the timezone correctly. So, although we
are in the central timezine (-6:00), they installed groove 2007 using the
default of (-8:00). Can this be changed at the computer or must it be
uninstalled and reinstalled using the correct timezone? It appears that there
is no other way???
