Groove 3.1 and Vista

I have a brand new PC that I have setup with Groove 3.1, and Vista Home Basic.

I had no issues after the initial installation , I shut
the machine down and then I recieved that. And that is all I get
now. Any suggestions? Help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi tsmith

When you installed Groove, did you allow the install to run with
Administrator permissions? If not, uninstall and then reinstall with
Administrator permissions.

Vista blocks some installer actions which Groove may require.

Turns out it was the anti-virus software not allowing the dll's to get
registered correctly.
