Groove 3.1 Calendar

We have Groove 3.1 file sharing version of the program and in the help
documentation it refers to adding entries into a calendar. I have looked into
this and can not find any reference to the calendar option at all in my
Groove launch bar. Could you please tell me where I can find this feature as
we would like to make use of it?
