Hi,
We've been using Groove 3.1 for quite a while and some of our File Sharing
workspaces are getting pretty close to Groove's limit. Unfortunately, it's
difficult to cut down on the amount of files in these spaces for various
reasons. As such, Groove just keeps getting slower and slower and the CPU
usage seems to be getting higher and higher. The non file sharing spaces
(standard & custom) that hold our discussion notes, copies of files located
in the File Sharing workspaces, etc don't seem to be having any problems.
Has anyone used Foldershare? My thinking is that it might work more
efficiently than Groove's File Sharing workspaces, and also allow more
files. If this is true, I was thinking I'd dump the File Sharing workspaces
in Groove and move all of those files over to Foldershare, while retaining
the regular Standard Workspaces. Any thoughts on this or am I trading one
problem for another?
Thanks!
Kevin
