Groove 3.1 Issues Error Message

I went to work on some issues in the tool and get the following error message

I downloaded and reinstalled the latest build 2374 and get the same error
message.

Before we take the further actions, please let me know if you are using
Internet
Explorer 7.0 on the computer.

Since Internet Explorer 7 is a new generation of Microsoft Internet Explorer
and
there are many functions have been updated or re-designed for IE7.
Meanwhile, please understand that Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 is beta
version
software and it has not been official published. So up to now, the Groove
3.1 does
not completely compatible with this version of IE. But based on my testing,
the
Groove 2007 can be used well with Internet Explorer 7 and we will not
encounter
this issue if we use Groove 2007 with IE7.

If you are using IE7 on the computer, let's revert to Internet Explorer 6.0
to test
the issue. What is the result? Let me know it.

I know understand the problem. I do have IE7RC1 installed. Before RC1
everything was fine. If I have to revert back, then I am stuck since last
time I tried removing IE7beta the system crashed fataly and I had to rebuild
from scratch. Will Groove 3.1 be supported with IE7? I have a number of
licenses and use the product extensively but have not move to Groove 2007
because it is beta. IE7 move was necessary because of a number of websites I
maintain and client complaining about IE7 not working and I wanted to get a
handle on the problems. What are the implications of Groove 2007 on all my
workspaces and other computers?
