GROOVE 3.1 Selected file cannot be previewed

Cannot preview files in File Tool preview pane. Receive the message:
"Selected file cannot be previewed."

Followed support documentation 910254 about checking registry and field
viewer location. Download link for field viewers software is broken.

This only occurs on the Groove account on my laptop, not my desktop computer.
