Groove between different sites worldwide

Hi All.

I have no personal experience of Groove beyond a very brief demonstration,
but it looks great and we are hoping to roll it out across a number of
offices worldwide.

I can see that it would obviously not have any problems synchronising docs
over a LAN, but what is the situation with collaboration and synchronising
with offices worldwide?

There is no link between the different offices save for the internet. No
dedicated link or VPN currenly set up.

Can someone give me a brief run down of what is necessary to make Groove
work between these different offices? I can't seem to find an answer in the
product info for Groove.

It Just Works.

Assuming it can connect to the internet, that is. Microsoft provide all of
the plumbing required to make the world speak Groove.
