Groove Contact Information

Juan Garcia

For some reason I seem to be having a problem in getting users within my
domain to receiving invitations to join a workspace when I send and invite
via the Groove Invite options, I receive the following error message:

" The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was
sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find
out the correct address."

I'm also looking at ways to include other individuals as administrators to
my Groove account but can seem to find where to do that.

Any Suggestions?

It may be caused that the users within your domain don't have Groove accounts.

In the invitation dialog box, click the "Add More" link instead of typing
the email address directly > click "Search for User" to find the Groove
account which you want to be invited.

Also, you can save the invitation as a file and send it to other members:
===============================
1. Right click the workspace > choose "Save invitation as File" > save the
file *.grv on the desktop.
2. Send the file *.grv as an attachment in an email message to the users
within your domain.

3. If the users installed Groove, they can simply open the *.grv file to get
the invitation and choose Accept or Decline to get the workspace.
