Groove Error

When trying to change the Roles, I get an error. The error is Groove Virtual
Office encountered an unexpected error", then a bunch of stuff about some
Component.

Any ideas on how to fix ?

This error may occur under several situations. Please restart the computer
and reinstall the Groove program to see if it works.

If it doesn't fix the issue, please collect the CAB file and then contact
the Groove support engineer.

Completely shut down Groove via the icon in the system tray. When the Groove
icon has disappeared, please run the Customer Support Utility which can be
found in C:\Program Files\Groove Networks\Groove\Bin\GroveCSU and running
setup.exe. You will be able to find the diagnostic CAB file in C:\Program
Files\Groove Networks\Groove\Data\Diagnostic Files. Send this CAB file to the
Groove support engineer.

I have already re-installed Groove a few times trying to fix this.

Where do I get the CAB file? How do I sent it to a Groove Support Engineer?

To get the CAB file:

1. Completely shut down Groove via the icon in the system tray.
2. When the Groove icon has disappeared, please run the Customer Support
Utility which can be found in C:\Program Files\Groove
Networks\Groove\Bin\GroveCSU and running setup.exe.
3. You will be able to find the diagnostic CAB file in C:\Program
Files\Groove Networks\Groove\Data\Diagnostic Files.
