Hi Mridvika -

Can you tell us when this occurs? Starting Groove, opening a specific
workspace or tool?

@Mridvika -
During your install/uninstall process - make sure you reboot your machine
after an installation and do the same after an uninstall as well.
I would also recommend the use of cleanup utilities like 'ccleaner' after an
uninstall (& reboot).

As Mark mentioned - post more information about this error.

@Mark and SBC,
Thanks a lot for the response. I worked on Groove until last semester, and
it worked really well. However, after the winter break its been giving me
this error. As soon as I start the Groove, this dialog box appears. The only
thing I remember doing between the two semesters is that I had removed Groove
from the start up. As in, I had removed it from the list of the Start up
programs, by going into msconfig. I had done so, coz it used to show up every
time in the system tray, which was unwanted. Do u think that could be one of
the reasons? Or could it be due to some unwanted updates?? I have visa as OS
which usually quite problematic, needs patches for every thing :(

Confirm by 'Options-Preferences' and select the Options tab to set
preferences for startup. Reboot after you set it and test if it works
correctly.
Groove 2k7 works well with Vista and I don't think that's the issue here.
