Groove Error

I keep getting an error messge popping up on my screen, its a data error,
cyclic redundancy check. I have never used or opened my microsoft groove,
can anyone help me.

This message means that your groove is corrupted. Try reinstalling it. If
still can't, then maybe your disc is corrupt. You have to change it with the
shop or buy another one then.

Are there any pending transfers in the groove workspaces that you have removed
