Here is the error message - any ideas on resolution?

Hi,

Can you please give some more details on when you are getting this message?
Is it when you launch Groove, log into Groove, or enter a Groove space? Are
you able to use Groove after getting the error message? What are the
limitations that occur when the message comes up? What have you done thus
far to correct the problem? What were you doing in groove when the problem
started happening?
