Hello all -
I have an installation of Office 2007 Enterprise on Windows Vista Ultimate.
When I try to run Groove, it immediately fails and shows me a general
"Microsoft Office Groove has stopped working" error.

I have already done the following:

1) I originally had Office 2007 Ultimate installed, then installed Groove
seperately. When I got this message, I completely unstalled Office and
Groove, then reinstalled. No dice.

2) I uninstalled Office and Groove, and reinstalled Office 2007 Enterprise,
which includes Groove as one of the components. Still no dice.

3) I have followed the instructions elsewhere in the forum, made sure there
were no Groove or GrooveMonitor processes running, and ran GrooveClean -all
from the command prompt, then tried to start Groove. Still no good.

Whn I look in the Application Event log, the Event ID is 2000, the Task
Catagory is (100), and the Log reports:
Faulting GROOVE.EXE
Version 12.0.6211.1000 time stamp 0x46db4b5ed
faulting module kernel32.dll version 6.0.6001.1800 time stamp 0x4791a76d
exception code 0xc06d007f
fault offset 0x000442eb
process ID 0x1132, application start time 9x01c8e14909e9fc34.

My machine has all updates installed thru 8-Jul-2008. I have a desktop
machine at home with Groove installed and working, and I like it. I am SO
frustrated by the uninformative error message! Grrrrrrrr.... can anyone
help???
