Groove incoming Connection

it seems as though my computer will allow me to send out data in groove, but
it does not recieve incomming data. I have reinstalled it (versions 3.1 and
beta) numerous times and run grooveclean. I have also ensured that Groove's
ports are exceptions in my firewalls and that groove is also an exception.
What can I do to recieve information?

You can try to use grooveclean to clear the communication buffers.

i've tried grooveclean.exe and everything else i could find without luck, is
there any unlisted methods i can try?
