Groove keeps trying to reinstall

Every time I open up Outlook 2007 and do a Send/Receive it hangs and then
Groove launches it's installation executable. This only happens when the
Groove service is running in the background. If I open Outlook 2007 without
Groove 2007 running, I do not have an issue. Has anyone had this happen
before and if so, where can I find more support.
