Every time I go to activate product from the help menu and go to buy online,
I choose UK from the country list, it goes through a few redirects and always
ends up with a page saying "You have experienced an error. Please clear all
your cookies and try again."
I seem unable to purchase and upgrade from the trial and there doesn't seem
to be a URL that I can find that I can go to directly without going from the
help menu.
Any clues on how this can be done?
(I have tried clearing all the cookies and everything else, and the only
thing I have installed on this new pc is Groove anyway, so there's no kruft,
spyware or adware).
