groove search tool

I saw a demonstration of Groove last week. I downloaded the beta version
today and I am interested in purchasing the license etc. Groove was touted
as a collaboration area as well as a a repository. Either way, once a
document is stored in Groove, is there a search capability. e.g. I have
colleagues that deposit documents related to subjects, if I want to find
documents related to a subject such as organisational design how can I search
