Groove server and feedback on workspace synchronization:

i have about 15 groove accounts spread over different locations, i frequently
find that my workspaces are not getting synchronized, sometimes it shows
account as "suspended".

how can i come to know which account workspaces have not been synced ? or
if i go in for a groove server would it inform / provide a list of all
accounts whose workspaces have not been synchronized ?

Are all 15 accounts actively used online or are the users frequently offline?
Also are these spaces updated frequently and with a lot of data?
If your users are offline for periods of time (or they use groove but not
while connected to the internet) it is possible for a user to become out of
synch with the workspace.

You will also get in the member list of a workspace an indicator on top of
the user/account that is out of synch. The easiest way to clear that is to
uninvite them and then reinvite them back into the space.

hi Aaron;

all 15 accounts are actively used and on-line when groove is being used,
data is fairly large with about 10,000 records in some workspaces. will the
size of the workspace have an effect on the synchronization ? how many
records can a groove form safely hold without going unstable ?
