Maxi

Hello,

sorry for my bad english, but I hope you can help me.

We use in our bussiness groove to share files.
When I run groove, in many times I become errors for example:
Groove Virtual Office has encountered an unexpected problem...
The parameter is incorrect...
hresult 0x80070057
Process groove.exe (ID: 2804 (0x00000af4))
Thead ID: 2832 (0x00000b10)

Who I can search to this error and found then examples to remove this
error? Who I can find a List over this Error- or Thread-IDs?

I had search in google, but not matches found for my problem.

Its very strange for me

I hope you can help me please.

Best regards
Maxi

The technical error message (hResuly, Process, thread, etc) are more for the
Tech Support people than the end-user (like you). There won't be much
information available on it here (or on the web) as it is an internal
(technical) message within Groove development.

Could you provide more information about your installation? Which version of
Groove (v3.1 or 2000) ? What is your operating system? (WinXP, Vista, etc) ?
When does that error message occur? During login? During file transfers?

Any other information you can provide will be helpful in knowing what the
problem is.
