Groove wants to restart everytime I start outlook

Every time I start Outlook, Groove 2007 eventually pops up a dialogue box
that says it has updated some configuration and needs to restart (Groove does
not need to be running for me to get this dialgue box). I have said YES a
few times to this box, but it is eventually every time I'm outlook....what
is this all about and how can I make it stop? It really sucks up a lot of
resources when it wants to do that restart -- and if I don't notice (cause I
am in another app) everything starts to hang until I cancel out of the
dialogue box.

If you are using groove 2007 you will need to have loaded office 2007.
