Group by conversation - descending sort

Hi,

Using Outlook 2003,
I arrange my messages by Conversation, sorting by descending order (and then
Conversation Index by ascending order). This results in my most recent
messages going to the bottom of the list like it does by default in Outlook
Express.

The problem is that on startup, Outlook scrolls to the top of the message
list where my oldest messages are. I would like it to start up at the bottom
where my most recent messages are. How do I get it to do this?

Thanks
