Group by Ent. Project Outline Code

I have an Enterprise Project Outline Code with which I label my projects.
When I go to open them from Server, I select the "Group by:" drop down box
and select "Enterprise Project Outline Code1", and then the projects are
grouped.
Q1) Is there a way to have the group by/drop down selection default to
Enterprise Project Outline Code1?
Q2) (More importantly) Can I set the order of the groupings?

Just a little thing, but when you do it many times a day, you start to wish.

You can achieve the same result by opening your plans from a suitable
view in the pwa project center.

Thanks for the answer but I need to work with the files in Project
Professional.

Highlighting the row in PWA and clicking on the open icon, opens the
plan in Project Professional.
