'Group by' fields in Open dialog

Hello,

When I choose the Open-dialog in MS Project 2007, and I view all the
projects available on the project server (Project server 2007), I see a drop
down box named 'Group by'.

I was expecting to see all my project custom fields in this box, but this is
not the case. I only see one field.

Is there a way to add fields to this group by box? Is it a property of
custom fields?

Hi,

The property I do see is 'Project Status', a field with a lookup table that
can be 'Actief', 'Gesloten' or empty.

The following custom fields are added to projects:

Customer, text, no lookup table
Project Cost Status, text, formula,
Product Family, text, no lookup table
Project Schedule Status, text, formula,
Project Status, text, lookup table
Quote Number, text, no lookup table
State, text, lookup table
