Group By / Last in ADP

In ADP there is no Group By / Last
What is the substitution of last?
Somebody told me that I need to write subquery...
Any Example?

I only deal with Stored procedures, in ADP's
you can get the help for Transact SQL in the Query Analyzer or BOL.
In Stored procedures
group by = order by.
