Group by month or group by week

Hi.
Using MS Project 2002 on XP with SP3.

I have a Gantt chart i have created but i am having troubles printing. It
approx 170 rows deep, contains 6 Phases, but the time line is over 4 years -
so this prints to over 135 pages.

I would like to have the schedule printed so that it can be grouped by week
AND by month and i am not sure how to do this (to save trees when its printed)

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Format menu
Timescale
Middle tier select month and the label you prefer
Bottom tier select weeks and the label you prefer
Tune the size parameter
