I am trying to figure out a way to have either a public
folder calendar or a true resource calendar (with mailbox,
etc.) contain all the appointments from multiple resource
calendars.
Basically I would like it to work such that whenever a
resource receives a meeting request, it would
automatically accept or decline as appropriate (already
configured to do that) and also automatically include the
appointment on the "all resources" calendar. Again,
either a public folder calendar or another resource
calendar is fine.
I have looked through the various products at
www.slipstick.com, but they either do not solve my problem
or else cost too much. Any help is appreciated.
We use Outlook 2k (on Win2k) and Exchange 5.5 (on NT4).
