Hi.
Is it possible to set up Exchange/Outlook to have a shared calendar where
users book resources and see availablity of other users?
The wish is that the calender updates itself automatically when users book
meetings/resources in their local calendar in their outlook client, so that
others can see peoples/resources availability at any given moment.
Are there a way of doing this without using a third-party application?
What are the ways of setting this up, do you set it up in Outlook, Exchange,
or both places?
The scenario is Outlook/Exchange 2003.
