Group calendaring with reminders

I want to create a calendar for multiple users, that will
send out reminders to the group 30 days before reports are
due. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prepare
this calendar? Does Outlook even allow you to send out
reminders?

There is now a third-party end-user tool that can do the
reminders. See http://www.slovaktech.com . Or, you could
put an event sink or script on the folder to periodically
examine the contents of the folder and send out any
reminders. Or you could do something similar with an
Outlook COM add-in, but install it on only one machine.
