Group email

Can Outlook 2002 (operating under WIN XP) send group email without
displaying everyone's separate email address so that a recipient will not
know the other recipients? Are there third party applications that will
perform this procedure?

Use the BCC field for all the recipient addresses, and be sure to put your
own address in the To field to make sure the message doesn't get blocked
anywhere as spam.

Simple enough using bcc.

Will Outlook permit creating a group listing of all recipients, such as
"Clients" where email addresses can be added and deleted?

You can create a distribution list in your contacts folder if you wish.
