Group Emails.. Hidden Addresses

Tom

Hi,
Is there a way to send a group email where the
recipient only sees their name and address, as if I'd
sent it to them only. Is this possible with Outlook? I
know my work sends group emails to me, and it only shows
my name and address. Does Outlook do this too?

Thanks

No. Not with DL's. What you are trying to do is called a mail merge to
electronic mail. Mail merges do not use DL's. They use your Contacts Folder.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions. For an overview of
these functions take a look here:

That does not personalize the messages the way a mail merge does. With this
method everyone will see the same name.
