Group Emails

How do I create a group name such as "all users" that will send emails to
individuals that are members of that group. I am no longer using an Exchange
Server, I have re-configured all users to connect to internet email to
send/receive, and tied in each outlook account to a private folder.

Create a distribution list in your contacts folder.
