1) What is the best way to create group emails and have them populate into the "TO" section. 2) As well, when you send to a group, how do you remove certain emails that you don't want to send in that group email. 3) Also, when you pull up the emails from the address book, it shows only the NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS. Can you add another column to display the company too? THANKS!

Hi,

see inline for answers.
1) What is the best way to create group emails and have them populate into the
"TO" section.

You can simply create a group by selecting File>New>Group. Name the group,
drag your contacts into the group window (or start typing them and select
them as AutoComplete completes them), then save it.
2) As well, when you send to a group, how do you remove certain emails that
you don't want to send in that group email.

There's no way to do this on the fly. You can simply open the group in the
contact section, select and copy all the addresses, then paste them into the
To field of a new e-mail message and delete those that you do not want to
contact.

3) Also, when you pull up the emails from the address book, it shows only
the NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS. Can you add another column to display the
company too? THANKS!

If you mean the contact list panel that pops up when you select the To
field, then no, there's no way to make Entourage show the company name in
there.
