group filter on form in Access

Hello,

I have a Student table: fields Name, Age, Sex, and Grade.

I want to put these fields on a form (in comboboxes) and
be able to query on one or multiple fields (similar to the
autofilter function in Excel).

What is the easiest/quickest way to do this?

Easiest? Use Filter by Form option on the toolbar. It'll change the view to
allow you to do what you wish.
