group mailbox outlook 2003 set mandatory roaming profile

I am trying to set up some group profiles for some Windows 2003 terminal
services users.
The group are all members of the same mailbox but have there own login name
, as soon as I configure the Outlook mailbox for one user the other users
longer have access to the roaming profile.
