Group Mailbox Permissions

Does anyone happen to know if there is a Tutorial/Walk-Through-Guide or Video
for a Novice User (which is the Group Mailbox Owner of a Group Mailox) to
"delegate permissions" to other users? Once the other users have been granted
the proper permissions that particular user can access that particualr group
mailbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
